OTHER EXPERIENCE

Field collection, preparation and data management of reptile museum specimens in Australia, North America and New Caledonia for the Australian Museum (1993-1997 as undergraduate part time collection managers assistant, 2002-2003 as Postdoctoral fellow at Villanova University), the South Australian Museum (2000-2001 as PhD candidate) and Villanova University / Californian Academy of Sciences (2002-2003 as Postdoctoral fellow at Villanova University).

General management of molecular phylogenetics laboratory (including ABI automated sequencer). Supervision of undergraduate and postgraduate research students in molecular biology at Villanova University and Stony Brook University.

Collection and phylogenetic analysis of molecular and morphological data using parsimony, likelihood and Bayesian approaches.

Ecological niche modeling and distribution mapping with ArcView Geographical Information Systems.
