Web Auction

What is being offered:  The team recently was given money for the purchase of three new shells by the Women's Board at the U of C.  One boat will be named in their honor, but the team would like to offer up the naming rights to the other two boats, a Wintech 2x/- and 1x. 

How it will work: We are encouraging people to get together and bid in groups, such as by class year.  Each group should have one representative who will be responsible for submitting a bid using this form.  This representative will also be responsible for coordinating payment once the auction is over.  I will post the highest bid to the website as soon as I receive it. The team has set the minimum bid at $2500 for the 2x/- and $1500 for the 1x.

Deadline for bids: Ideally, we would like to set the deadline to raise all this money before these boats hit the water on Spring Break (March 17th), but if this is infeasible, then the deadline will be by the end of Spring quarter, June 9th.
