| AMP.R | For 3D landmarks: The function aligns the specimen along the midline plane and then fills in missing data by reflecting from the other side, averages the left and right. Provides also the deviation of the midline landmarks from the midline plane (alignment errors) and the differences between the right and the left (asymmetry).
