Abstracts for Talks or Posters – May 1, 2015 by submitting the abstract as an email attachment to Mike Bell.
Cancellation of Conference Registration, Parking, and Poster Printing with partial refund – July 1, 2015.
Poster Printing at Stony Brook – Poster printing must be paid for using this website by July 21, 2015.
Parking – All campus housing includes parking in a lot adjacent to the residence hall or hotel. However, if you are staying off campus and plan to drive to campus for sessions, you may purchase a parking permit through this website.
COSTS: All costs are in US dollars. You will use the secure payment page to pay for your Conference registration and any of the following optional fees: on-site poster printing and/or a daily parking pass for guests residing off campus.
Conference registration fees – including attendance of all sessions and social events, breakfasts and coffee breaks before and during Conference sessions, the opening reception, after-dinner gatherings (cash bar), the poster session, the closing banquet, and one Conference logo T-shirt.
Unitil April 22 - $285 per conference attendee.
April 23 to July 1 - $315 per conference attendee.

If you are a graduate student and are applying for a Travel Award (see the TRAVEL AWARDS page), please do not register or reserve your dormitory housing until you have received a decision about your travel award application on about April 1. However, be sure to register by April 22, if you wish to meet the deadline for early registration and to reserve dormitory housing by the July 15, 2015 deadline for dormitory reservations.

Poster printing – $55.00 per poster.
Parking permit – $15 for July 27-31 for those not staying in the campus residence halls or the Hilton Garden Inn on campus. (Parking is free in all campus lots on the weekend.)
Registration fee – If you cancel before July 1, 2015, there will be a 10% cancellation charge. No refunds will be given after July 1, 2015.
On-Campus Lodging – Campus Residence Halls (dormitories). Full refunds will be made for cancellations until July 1 by cancelling the reservation and requesting a refund at crch"at"stonybrook.edu. There will be a charge or one day’s occupancy after July 15 or for no shows. Refunds for rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn Stony Brook, will be made up until 24 hours in advance of arrival date without penalty. See their website for their full refund policy. Check with other hotels for their cancellation policy.
Poster printing – Full refunds for cancellation of poster printing until the poster has been printed.
Parking permits – Full refunds will be made through July 26, 2015.
