POSTER FORMAT: Posters must not be more than 121.92 cm (48 inches) along the longer side and 91.44 cm (36 inches) along the shorter side. The text and images can run parallel to the length or width of the poster, depending on your preference, and can be hung accordingly.
POSTER ABSTRACT: If you are presenting a poster, you still must submit an abstract following the instructions on the Abstract Submission page and the Abstract Instruction page. The abstract text may or may not appear on your poster, depending on your preference.
DELIVERY OF POSTERS FOR HANGING: Please deliver your poster to the registration desk in the Wang Main Lobby between 4:30 and 6:00 pm or give it to Mike Bell between 6:00 to 7:00 pm at the welcoming reception on Sunday, July 26, 2015. If you plan to arrive later or are delayed, please contact Mike Bell at mabell"at"life.bio.sunysb.edu.
DELIVERY OF POSTERS PRINTED AT STONY BROOK: If your poster was printed for you at Stony Brook, it will be brought to the reception on Sunday and mounted for you on Monday morning. Please check as early as possible to be sure that your poster was printed correctly.
ATTENDANCE OF POSTER SESSION: Authors should be present during the poster session from 4:30 to 6:30 pm on Monday, July 27, 2015, and the posters can be viewed throughout the Conference. The posters may remain mounted until 5:30 pm on Thursday, July 30. Any posters that have not been claimed by Thursday evening may be discarded.
