We focus on the relationships between environmental change, evolution and conservation. Active research projects include uncovering the role of climate change in Caribbean mammal extinction, developing an evolutionary framework for the most ecologically diverse mammalian family, and quantifying risks to Andean biodiversity from agriculture expansion.
