How to transfer big files via your home folder on life.bio

Our email server (life.bio) cannot send emails with attachments whose total size exceed 10MB.
Because of encoding, the actual attachment files cannot be more than 8MB. Also, to send files
bigger than 8MB is not efficeint and it takes extra computer resources (memory, cpu power, etc.)

If you have a very big file that you want to send to your colleague, try this.
You can upload the file to your home folder and simply let people to download ti from there.
Note: Remember to delete these files after transfer.
This is for reserving disk space and your security.

By donig in this way, you can save time, save computer resource, and save network bandwith.
If more than one people need your file, you'll benefit the computer and network more.
