How to Setup Mail Rules for MS Outlook
- First, check if you have Junk E-mail folder. MS Outlook has this folder by default.
If it doesn't exist, create it by right clicking on 'Personal Folders' and selecting 'New Folder....'.

- Second, create a rule to move SPAMs to the 'Junk E-mail' folder.
Select 'Tools' -> 'Rules and Alerts....'.

- Click on 'Move messages with spacific words in the subject to a folder' in 'Step 1' field.

- Click on 'specific words', and type in 'Spam', 'Virus', and 'Blocked' in 'Search Text' window.

- Click on 'specified', and select 'Junk E-mail' folder in 'Rules and Alerts' window.

- Click on 'Finish' after making sure you have correct definitions for 'specific words' and 'specified folder'.

- Click 'OK' to apply this rule.
Congratulations! Now, you have a rule to move all junk mails to the 'Junk E-mail' folder.
