How to Setup Mail Rules for Outlook Express
- First, create a folder to hold all the SPAMs.
Open OutlookExpress, right click on 'Inbox' and select 'New Folder....' from the pulldown menu.

- Input 'Spams' as folder name in the 'Create Folder' window.

- Now, check you have a new folder 'Spams' under 'Inbox' tree.

- Second, create a rule to move SPAMs to the folder.
Select 'Tools' -> 'Message Rules' -> 'Mail....'.

- Click 'New' button in the 'New Message Rules' window.

- Check the box 'Where the Subject line contains specific words' in 1. and the box 'Move it to the specific folder' in 2.

- Click 'contains specific words', type in 'Spam' and click 'Add' in the 'Type Specific Words' window.
You may want to type in more words such as 'Virus', 'Blocked', etc.

- Click on 'specified' and select 'Spams' from the 'Inbox' tree in 'Move' window.

- Click 'OK' in 'Move' window, click 'OK' in 'New Mail Rule' window, and click 'OK' in 'Message Rules' window.
Before click 'OK' in 'New Mail Rule' window, you may want to change the 'Name of the rule' to 'Mail Rule for Spams'.

- Congratulations! Now, you have a rule to move all junk mails to the 'Spams' folder.
